Meet the Librarian

Mrs. Lisa Taylor

Hello!  I'm Mrs. Taylor, but my alter ego is the "Book Fair Fairy." I have been the librarian at NMS for over 10 years and a fun part of my job is hosting the NMS Book Fair every year. Before becoming the librarian at NMS, I taught first grade here for several years. I earned a bachelor degree in Elementary Education from Athens State University and my master degree from the University of West Alabama in Library Media Science.

I LOVE books and I LOVE reading. I am married and live on a farm. I recently became a grandma and I enjoy it so much!
